After the request of the Skaters representatives and the consultation with the Youth Service of the City, it seemed interesting to build in the North part of the Jules Verne vallon a equipment that has different qualities from the others.
The consultation led to the design of a skate park in the shape of a Bowl because this type lack in Rennes and it is likely to attract young people from all over;
The bowl is build in a black concrete surface: slightly tucked away from the surrounding area, it gives a clear limit and at the same time builds a space for the public.
